About Harbor Labs

Harbor Labs was founded by a Computer Science professor to offer expertise in software and networking security to our clients. Our three primary focus areas are security evaluations and audit, assistance with regulatory compliance, and expertise and testimony in software and networking related litigation.

We have helped our clients achieve compliance with numerous regulations, including HIPAA, FISMA, SOX, GLBA, NERC, ISO 17799, and PCI. We have also worked as independent outside security reviewers of software products and enterprise networks. We perform white box analysis, black box testing, as well as penetration testing of applications.

We have extensive experience in litigation, and have testified at trial on patent, copyright, DMCA, television piracy and other matters. Many of our cases involve source code review or reverse engineering of software.

Our model is service oriented. Our goal is to provide the best technical expertise to round out a legal team involved in litigation relating to software or computer networking. We provide technical and consulting experts who are also knowledgeable about the legal system and litigation procedures.

At Harbor Labs, we have accumulated tremendous experience, and our former clients are available and eager to provide references describing their experiences with us. Please contact us to request references.
